We believe you should always know what you're paying for—before any electrical work begins. That’s why we send a licensed electrician to your home to assess the project in person before providing a quote. You’ll receive a written estimate with no hidden fees. As long as the scope of work doesn’t change, the price won’t either.


Our electrician will take the time to fully understand the work you need done and evaluate the location and conditions. This allows us to present you with all available options and ensure the best solution for your needs.


Since every home and project is different, we don’t offer pricing over the phone.  An on-site visit ensures that no details are missed and helps us identify any opportunities to save you time or money before we get started.


Our office staff is here to assist with scheduling and customer service—but they are not licensed electricians.   That’s why we insist on sending one of our electricians to your home before quoting a price. This ensures no crucial details are missed, and the price you receive before work begins is exactly what you’ll pay—no hidden fees or unexpected changes. 


Giving prices over the phone is simply guessing, and that often leads to frustration. We've seen it happen: a customer is given a rough estimate, but once the electrician arrives and fully assesses the job, the actual cost ends up being much higher. That’s not the kind of experience we want for our customers. 

 

We’re committed to transparency and accuracy. That’s why our quotes are based on a thorough, in-person evaluation by a licensed electrician—so you know exactly what to expect, with no surprises.


Yes, there is a small service visit fee — but here's why it's worth it.   We don’t just send someone to look—we send an expert to assess your electrical system, diagnose the issue, and provide a detailed, accurate quote based on real conditions.   The service fee ensures our electricians can dedicate the time and expertise needed to properly assess your situation and provide the most reliable solution. 


If you choose to move forward with the work, this fee is credited toward your final invoice (ask us for more details).
